The Genomatix mapping service is based on the physical transport of storage devices (hard disks, flash-sticks etc). The "Shipping and Handling Costs" comprise
- world-wide shipment of prepared storage device to customer
- return shipment to Genomatix
- device hookup and virus check
- quality assessment
- shipment of device with processed data to customer
- price of the storage device to remain with customer
For seminar bookings or software licenses purchased via the shop, there are no shipping and handling costs.
